By calling a business line serviced by Capital Call Recovery, or by submitting your phone number through a form on this site, you may receive automated text messages related to your inquiry.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service fees are agreed in writing between us and each client. Setup may be provided at no cost, with recurring fees beginning as agreed. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice.
We do not guarantee any specific number of recovered leads, booked jobs, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including call volume and how clients follow up.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services rely on third-party platforms and telecommunications carriers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by those providers.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
